<br />Amendment No. 2 to <br />Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and 04/17/2026 <br />KDC Accounting & Consulting, LLP dated April 8, 2025 Page 1 of 2 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />KDC Accounting & Consulting, LLP <br />FOR <br />ACCOUNTING SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 2 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) <br />and KDC Accounting & Consulting, LLP (“Consultant”) (together sometimes referred to as the “Parties”) as <br />of April 7, 2026, and amends that certain Consulting Services Agreement ( “CSA” or “Agreement”) dated <br />April 8, 2025, between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Consultant have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Consultant has <br />provided certain consulting services to City with regard to accounting, financial reporting, and finance <br />operations support, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term for one year through <br />April 9, 2027. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Parties amend the Agreement to extend the term for one year through April 9, 2027 ; and <br /> <br />2.
