<br />Amendment No. 1 to <br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and <br />T&S West for MCC Wall Repair Page 1 of 2 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />T&S INTERMODAL MAINTENANCE, INC <br />FOR <br />MARINA COMMUNITY CENTER WALL REPAIR <br /> <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) <br />and T&S Intermodal Maintenance, Inc. DBE T&S West (“Contractor”) (together sometimes referred to as <br />the “Parties”) as of __________________________ , and amends that certain Non-Professional Services <br />Agreement (“Agreement”) dated February 20, 2026, between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Contractor have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Contractor has <br />provided certain services to City with regard to wall repair at the Marina Community Center; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to change insurance requirements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 4 of the Agreement entitled “Insurance Requirements” is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Commercial general liability insurance limits shall be $2,000,000 per occurrence and $4,000,000 <br />aggregate. Automobile liability insurance limits shall be $2,000,000 per occurrence. <br /> <br />2.
