<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-038 <br /> <br />(3082) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT TO PRESENTATION PRODUCTS, INC., <br />DBA SPINIT AR, FOR THE WASHINGTON MANOR LIBRARY <br />AUDIOVISUAL PACKAGE, PROJECT NO. 210-69-146 <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />The City of San Leandro did, on April 10, 2006, publicly open, examine and declare all <br /> <br />sealed proposals or bids for doing the work described in Resolution No. 2006-026 ofthe Council <br /> <br />of said City adopted on March 20,2006, which resolution is hereby expressly referred to for a <br /> <br />description of said work and for all particulars relative to the proceedings under said resolution. <br /> <br />Said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director who has <br /> <br />recommended that the proposal hereinafter mentioned is the lowest responsive bid for doing said <br /> <br />work. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that herein <br /> <br />mentioned, and hereby waives any irregularities in the proposal or bid of the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bidder, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work to the lowest responsible bidder <br /> <br />therefore, to wit: Presentation Products, Inc., Dba Spinitar, at the prices named in its bid on file <br /> <br />in the Office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Santos and passed and adopted this 17th day of April <br /> <br />2006, by the following called vote: <br />
