IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLi1'TION N0.2009-049 (1851) <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESIDENT GREEN FEES <br />FOR THE MONARCH BAY GOLF CLUB <br />(TONY LEMA AND MARINA GOLF COURSES), EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2009 <br />American Golf Corporation has requested an increase in resident green fees in two <br />categories at the Tony Lema Golf Course and the Marina Golf Course of the Monarch Bay Golf <br />Club. <br />The resident green fee rate schedule for the Monarch Bay Golf Club, a copy of which is <br />attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said fees. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said fees are hereby approved. <br />That said fees shall be effective May 1, 2009. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Prola and passed and adopted this 6~' day of April, 2009, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~~ ~I LQ.~~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
