1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-060 (2323) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />FREYER AND LAURETA, INC. RELATED TO THE WICKS AND BLUE DOLPHIN LIFT <br />STATION REHABILITATION PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 08-593-52-243 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Freyer and Laureta, Inc., a copy of <br />which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council member Prola and passed and adopted this 4th day of May, 2009, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed; Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos (~) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: V V l.~i~-.QPiVI <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
