1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-138 (3098) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT N0.2 TO CONTRACTUAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT (CSA) BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND PBS&J RELATED TO <br />PREPARING THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR) FOR THE KAISER <br />MEDICAL CENTER PROJECT 1N SAN LEANDRO IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED <br />$1,111,322 (ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF $374,315 ADDED TO ORIGINAL AMOUNT OF <br />$737,007; COST TO BE REIMBURSED IN ITS ENTIRETY BY <br />KAISER FOUNDATION HOSPITALS) <br />An amendment to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and PBS&J, a copy of <br />which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said amendment to the agreement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said amendment to the agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby <br />authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Souza and passed and adopted this 5th day of October, 2009, <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak (5) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Stephens; Mayor Santos (2) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
