4 ~ <br />1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2001- 134 (1219 / 1250) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. 005-M TO <br />ADMII~TISTERING AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO.04-5041, PROVIDING <br />LOCAL MATCH TO FEDERAL FUNDS FOR SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL, <br />PROJECT NO. 120-38-212, FEDERAL-AID PROJECT NO. STPLHSR-5041(021) <br />Recitals <br />Program Supplement No. 005-M to be incorporated into that Master Agreement for <br />Federal-Aid Projects entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California. <br />The City Manager has recommended the execution of said Program Supplement No. <br />005-M. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Program Supplement No. 005-M is hereby approved and the City Manager <br />or his authorized representative is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on <br />behalf of the City. <br />Introduced by Council Member Glaze and passed and adopted this <br />4th day of September 2001, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze,.
