IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -006 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH NINYO <br /> & MOORE RELATING TO THE EAST 14 STREET /HESPERIAN BOULEVARD /150 <br /> AVENUE INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 144 -39 -001 <br /> An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Ninyo & Moore, a copy of which is <br /> attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW.
