IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -162 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONTRACTUAL SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT (CSA) BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND C. KELL- SMITH & <br /> ASSOCIATES RELATED TO THE AIRPORT NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM IN SAN <br /> LEANDRO <br /> An amendment to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and C.
