IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -201 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PROGRAM <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 020 -N TO FEDERAL AID AGREEMENT 04 -5041 R <br /> WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> FOR FUNDING DESIGN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE MAINTENANCE OF BRIDGE <br /> 33C0134 THAT CARRIES MONARCH BAY DRIVE OVER ALAMEDA COUNTY FLOOD <br /> CONTROL CANAL A OF ZONE 2 <br /> WHEREAS, Program Supplemental Agreement 020 -N between the City of San Leandro <br /> and the Department of Transportation of the State of California has been presented to this City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement 020 -N is to be incorporated into Master Federal Aid <br /> Agreement 04-5041R; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. That said agreement in the form presented is hereby approved and execution by the <br /> City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br /> 2.
