IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019-169 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO CITY COUNCIL TO <br />APPROPRIATE $280,687 IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FUNDS FOR THE <br />HERON BAY LEVEE MAINTENANCE, PROJECT NO. 2006.0111 <br />(APPROPRIATES FUNDING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS) <br />WHEREAS, $350,000 in funding from the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District <br />was previously appropriated for this project; and <br />WHEREAS, $280,687 of the original funding remains unspent; and <br />WHEREAS, said previous appropriation is more than five years old and has expired; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends that funding should be re -appropriated for <br />this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That $280,687 in funding from the Heron Bay Maintenance Assessment District is <br />appropriated for the completion of the Heron Bay Levee Maintenance Project. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Lee and passed and adopted this 7th day of October 2019, <br />by the following vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Ballew, Cox, Hernandez, Lee, Lopez, Mayor Cutter (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />t'&' I.
