2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 <br />31 <br />DEED OF DEDICATION AND GRANT OF EASEMENT <br />THIS II,IDENTURE made and entered into this 2nd day of January, 1951 <br />by and between the San Leandro School District of Alameda County, State of <br />California, a public corporation, as the first party, and the City of San <br />Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California, as the second <br />party, 7 3 j <br />W I T N E S S E T H: <br />That the said first party does hereby dedicate and grant unto said second <br />party an easement and right-of-way to lay, construct, maintain, operate, <br />replace, remove and renew pipe lines for sanitary sewers and storm drain <br />purposes in, under, along and across that certain real property situated <br />in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northeastern <br />line of State Highway, known as Road IV Ala-69-c, or East Shore <br />Highway, distant thereon north 380 52' 25" west 15.21 feet from <br />the northwesterly corner of Lot 30 as said lot -is shown on that <br />certain map entitled, "Tract 984, San Leandro, Alameda County, <br />California,"filed May 19, 1950 in book 30 of Maps at page 67, <br />Alameda County Records; running thence along said line of said <br />State Highway north 38 052' 25" west 10.00 feet; thence north <br />51 007' 35" east 112.80 feet to the southwesterly extremity of <br />Reynolds Street as said street is shown on said map; thence <br />south 110 57' 25" east 18.77 feet; thence south 780 02' 35" <br />west 14.89 feet; thence south 510 07' 35" west for 91.03 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />Together with the right of ingress to and egress from said easement <br />and right-of-way and the right at all times to enter in, over and upon <br />said easement and right-of-way and every part thereof and also the right <br />to use said easement and right-of-way for all purposes connected with the <br />laying down, constructing, maintaining, operating, replacing, removing and <br />renewing said pipe lines. <br />TO HIWE AND TO HDID ALL AND SINGUTAR the rights above described <br />unto said second party forever for the sole objects and purposes <br />hereinabove set forth and for no other purpose, and should said real <br />property herein described be at any time used for any purpose other than <br />for the purposes hereinabove mentioned then this grant shall immediately <br />lapse and become null and void. <br />
