<br />The undersigned, Harold H. mile os, a single man, the owner of
<br />the hereinafter described property, does grant and convey unto
<br />the City of San Leandro, a munic i:)al corporation organized and ex-
<br />isting under a freeholdere-charter, a perpetual and unrestricted
<br />easement and right of way, passage, ingress, egress, and regress
<br />r, upon, and across all that land situated in the City of San
<br />andro, ounty of Alameda., state of California, described as followlt j
<br />A portion of Lot 16, as shown on the Map of "Ideyers-Miller
<br />Tract, Subidivision A. San Leandro, Cal.", filed November
<br />129 1912, in Book 27 of Maps, page 25, in the office of the
<br />County Recorder of Alameda county, bounded as follows;
<br />Beginning at the ,ost western corner of said Lot 16; running
<br />thence along the western boundary line thereof, North 7" 22120"
<br />East for 40.00 feet to a point on the northern boundary line
<br />of said Lot 16; thence along the said last mentioned line
<br />North 870 46' 4011 East, 10.14 feet; thence South 7" 221 2011
<br />West, 40.00 feet to a point on the southern boundary line
<br />thereof; thence along the said last mentioned line, South
<br />870 46' 40" West 10.14 feet to the point of beginning.
