WES iTY CLERK <br />San Leandro, California 94577 CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />G R A N T D E E D <br />(Corporation) <br />Zp: <br />0 oot, <br />RE:3024 IM:870 <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, <br />a New York corporation, GRANTS TO CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal <br />corporation, a right of way for public road and public utilities, <br />on, over, across and under all that real property situate in the <br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br />of California, being a portion of Lot 9 of the Coelho Tract, filed <br />December 11, 1899, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda <br />County in Map Book 15, page 100, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the eastern line of the County <br />Road to San Lorenzo, now known as Hesperian Boulevard, with the <br />southern line of Lot 9, as said road and lot are shown on said map; <br />thence, north 00 27' west, 93.51 feet along the said eastern line <br />of Hesperian Boulevard to the southwest corner of Parcel 2, as <br />described in the Deed between Safeway Stores, Incorporated, and <br />Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, dated November 30, 1955, <br />recorded December 30, 1955, in Book 7893, page 421, Official Records <br />of Alameda County, said southwest corner being the Actual Point of <br />Beginning; thence, continuing north 00 27' west along the said <br />eastern line of Hesperian Boulevard, 99.49 feet to the northwest <br />corner of that parcel of land described as Parcel II in that Deed <br />between Safeway Stores, Incorporated and Metropolitan Life Insurance <br />Company, dated September 19, 1951, recorded September 26, 1951 <br />in Book 6544, pages 173 and 174, Official Records of Alameda County; <br />thence north 810 03' east, 24.27 feet, along the northern line of <br />the last said parcel II; thence, south 00 27' east, 99.49 feet, to <br />the southern line of the first said parcel 2; thence south 81003' <br />west, 24.27 feet along the southern line of the first said parcel 2, <br />to the actual point of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 2,388 square feet, more <br />or less. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has executed these <br />presents by its officers thereunto duly authorized, this 12th day <br />of October, 1971. <br />11- 1666 f 2 <br />RECORDED at REQUEST OF <br />CU J.
