<br />MONARCH VENTURES, a California limited partnership, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN
<br />LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of
<br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows:
<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of
<br />California, being a portion of Parcel 2, Parcel Map 4935, filed March 11,
<br />1987, in Book 168 at Pages 22 and 23 of Official Records of Alameda County,
<br />being more particularly described as follows:

<br />terminus of that portion of said general western line described on said map as
