<br /> <br />Amendment No. 1 to <br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and April 7, 2025 <br />ANI Private Security and Patrol, Inc. for security services Page 1 of 4 <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO NON-PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />ANI PRIVATE SECURITY AND PATROL, INC. <br />FOR <br />SECURITY SERVICES <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) <br />and ANI Private Security and Patrol, Inc. (“Contractor”) (together sometimes referred to as the “Parties”) as <br />of April 7, 2025, and amends that certain Non-Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) dated July <br />1, 2024, between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Contractor have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Contractor has <br />provided event security services on an as need basis at the Marina Community Center and Senior <br />Community Center during paid rental events, front desk security services at San Leandro City Hall and the <br />Senior Community Center during weekday business hours to City and the San Leandro Family Aquatic <br />Center. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to update the Compensation amount and <br />Scope of Services. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> <br />1. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Contractor an <br />additional $80,000, for a sum not to exceed $180,000; and <br /> <br />2. Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” is hereby amended to extend front <br />desk security services at San Leandro City Hall through June 30, 2025. In addition, contractor will increase <br />service hours at the Senior Community Center, Monday through Friday to 8.5 hours per day. A revised <br />Exhibit A is attached. <br /> <br />3.
