Amendment No. 3 to 05/5/2025 Consulting Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and WRT, LLC for the Comprehensive Parks Master Plan Page 1 of 3 AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND WRT, LLC FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE PARKS MASTER PLAN This Amendment No.3 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) and WRT, LLC, (“Consultant”) (together sometimes referred to as the “Parties”) as of May 5, 2025, and amends that certain Consulting Services Agreement ( “CSA” or “Agreement”) dated March 20, 2023, between the Parties. WHEREAS, City and Consultant have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Consultant has provided certain consulting services to City with regard to the Comprehensive Parks Master Plan, and for the Comprehensive Parks Master Plan WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to complete final deliverables, including City Council presentations, plan revisions, and a site-specific plan for Washington Manor Park, thereby increasing compensation by $29,280; and WHEREAS, the CSA was approved by the Council on March 20, 2023, per Council Resolution Number 23-023. NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Section 2 of the Agreement entitled “Compensation” is hereby amended to pay Consultant a sum not to exceed $408,892; and 2. Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” is hereby amended to read: to include final plan revisions, presentations to the Recreation and Parks Commission and City Council, and a site- specific plan for Washington Manor Park is approved; and 3. Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” is hereby amended to read: The total compensation under the Agreement is increased by $29,280, for a revised not-to-exceed total of $408,892. This amount includes the following additional tasks and costs: Final Plan Adoption (Draft completion, revisions per City and Council comments, and presentation preparation): $12,045 Meeting Attendance and Preparation (Recreation and Parks Commission, Facilities Commission, and City Council presentations): $3,685 Washington Manor Site-Specific Plan (Concept completion, document preparation, and one round of revisions): $6,870 Project Management through June 2025 (Staff meetings and team coordination): $6,680 Docusign Envelope ID: F814CA29-72E7-442B-ADF3-ABD106DF80AD
