IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-132 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SOFTWARE <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES IN FISCAL YEARS 2025-2026 AND 2026- <br />2027 IN THE AMOUNT OF $500,000 FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT’S NEW WORLD COMPUTER- <br />AIDED DISPATCH AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro has identified Tyler Technologies as the preferred vendor for <br />Computer-Aided Dispatch and Records Management Software; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the adopted Fiscal Years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 <br />Information Technology budget to cover software maintenance renewal costs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 cost will be $239,518, for a not to exceed amount of <br />$500,000 for two fiscal years; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreements. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said agreements are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Viveros-Walton and passed and adopted this 6th day of October, <br />2025 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Boldt, Bowen, Simon, Viveros-Walton, Mayor González (7) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Kelly B.
