<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-141 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE FY 2026 GENERAL FUND AND <br />VARIOUS OTHER FUND BUDGETS RELATED TO FY 2025 ONE-TIME CARRY-OVER APPROPRIATIONS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approves annual budgets based on best revenue and expenditure <br />information available at the time the budgets are prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, budget adjustments are periodically required incorporating necessary changes that <br />require additional budget appropriations or re-appropriations between budget line-items; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted FY 2025 budgets for General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, <br />Enterprise Funds, and Internal Service Funds on May 20, 2024; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed budget amendments include FY 2026 one-time carry-over <br />appropriations; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council Finance Committee reviewed the proposed adjusted budgets on <br />October 22, 2025. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That the proposed budget adjustments to the FY 2026 General Fund, Special Revenue Funds, <br />Internal Service Funds and Enterprise Funds budgets related to FY 2025 carry-over appropriations are <br />approved. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 17th day of November 2025 by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmember Aguilar, Azevedo, Boldt, Bowen, Simon, Viveros-Walton, and (7) <br />Mayor González <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ______________________ <br /> Sarah K.
