IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-148 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PROGRAM <br />SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. F031 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE BANCROFT AVENUE <br />AND WILLIAMS STREET CROSSTOWN CORRIDOR PROJECT, AND ACCEPT AND APPROPRIATE <br />$4,000,000 IN FEDERAL HIGHWAY INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM GRANT FUNDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 04-5041F15 <br />was entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California on June 29, 2017; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has been awarded a $4,000,000 Highway Infrastructure Programs grant but <br />must first execute Program Supplement Agreement No. F031 to receive the funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Program Supplement Agreement No. F031, which amends the Agency-State <br />Agreement for Federal-Aid Project No. 04-5041F15, has been presented to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />1. That said Program Supplement Agreement No. F031, which amends Administering Agency- <br />State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 04-5041F15 substantially in the form presented, <br />is approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and <br /> <br />2. That an appropriation of $4,000,000 in Special Grant Funds to account #150-38-550 is hereby <br />authorized; and <br /> <br />3. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said agreement, <br />subject to the approval of the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Introduced by Vice Mayor Bowen and passed and adopted this 17th day of November 2025 by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmember Aguilar, Azevedo, Boldt, Bowen, Simon, Viveros-Walton, and (7) <br />Mayor González <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br /> <br />ATTEST: ______________________ <br /> Sarah K.
