IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-169 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE A <br />CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH VISIONARY INTEGRATION PROFESSIONALS, LLC IN FY <br />2026 IN THE AMOUNT OF $83,400 FOR ENHANCEMENT SERVICES AND ONGOING MAINTENANCE <br />SUPPORT FOR THE CITY’S ONLINE PERMITTING SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has identified Visionary Integration Professionals, LLC as the preferred vendor <br />for enhancement services and ongoing maintenance support for the City’s online permitting system; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the Information Technology Fund to cover services costs of <br />$83,400 for FY 2026; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE that said agreement is <br />hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 15th day of December 2025 by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Boldt, Bowen, Simon, Viveros-Walton, Mayor González (6) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Azevedo (1) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> Sarah K.
