IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-003 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE UPDATES TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO INVESTMENT POLICY <br />STATEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s Investment Policy Statement provides specific guidelines for the City’s <br />investment functions and must be reviewed annually by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro Investment Policy Statement, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A, is presented to the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said City of San Leandro Investment Policy Statement for 2025-2026 is hereby approved. <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted on this 5th day of January 2026 by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Aguilar, Azevedo, Boldt, Bowen, Simon, Viveros-Walton, Mayor González (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: _________________________ <br />Sarah Bunting <br />Acting City Clerk
