The motion CARRIED by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 - Boldt, Bowen, Viveros-Walton, González <br />Noes: 3 - Aguilar, Azevedo, Simon <br /> <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Bowen, seconded by <br />Councilmember Viveros-Walton, that there should be disciplinary action. <br />The motion CARRIED by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: 4 - Boldt, Bowen, Viveros-Walton, González <br />Noes: 2 - Aguilar, Azevedo <br />Excluded: 1 - Simon <br /> <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Bowen, seconded by <br />Councilmember Viveros-Walton, for disciplinary action in the form of a <br />statement of disapproval and an admonition.
