IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-020 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 FOR $101,000 TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT WITH ACTIVEWAYZ ENGINEERING FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR VARIOUS <br />ENGINEERING ASSIGNMENTS RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CITY’S CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement dated April 19, 2024 exists between the City of San Leandro and <br />Activewayz Engineering; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and Activewayz <br />has been executed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a contract amendment is required to compensate for an increase in the scope of work <br />for the various civil engineering support services necessary to meet various project needs in the amount <br />of $101,500 for a total contract amount of $200,000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 to the agreement was presented to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said Amendment No. 2 substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution <br />by the City Manager is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Aguilar and passed and adopted this 2nd day of March 2026 by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmember Aguilar, Bowen, Boldt, Simon, Viveros-Walton, Mayor González (6) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: ____________________________ <br />Sarah K.
