<br />Amendment No. 1 to <br />Non-Professional Services Agreement between City of San Leandro and December 1, 2025 <br />SLIA Page 1 of 2 <br />THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />THE SAN LEANDRO IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION FOR <br />MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THE SAN LEANDRO CHERRY FESTIVAL <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment”) is made by and between the City of San Leandro (“City”) <br />and San Leandro Improvement Association (“Contractor”) (together sometimes referred to as the “Parties”) <br />as of December 1, 2025, and amends that certain Non-Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) <br />dated December 19, 2023, between the Parties. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution No. 2025-159 authorizing the City Manager <br />to execute a First Amendment to the Agreement, extending the term and increasing compensation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and Contractor have executed the Agreement, pursuant to which Contractor <br />provides management and operational services for the San Leandro Cherry Festival; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term of service through <br />June 30, 2026, and adjust compensation consistent with the adopted Resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />1. Term of Services is hereby amended to extend the term from July 1, 2023, to June 30, <br />2026; and <br /> <br />2. Compensation is hereby amended to increase the compensation for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 <br />to $60,638 for a total contract compensation of $173,388. <br /> <br />3.
