IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO

<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-055
<br />
<br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENTS TO THE FY 2027 BUDGET
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council approves biennial budgets based on best revenue and expenditure
<br />information available at the time the budgets are prepared, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, budget adjustments are required at mid-cycle of the budget to incorporate necessary
<br />changes in budget appropriations or re-appropriations between budget line-items, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2026 and FY 2027 Biennial Budget on June 16, 2025,
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council Finance Committee reviewed the proposed FY 2027 budget
<br />amendment on March 25, 2026; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the FY 2027 Adjusted revenue and expenditure appropriations are presented to the
<br />City Council, and the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof:

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
<br />
<br />That said FY 2027 Budget Amendments and the updated budget are hereby approved and the City
<br />Manager is directed to take all actions necessary to execute the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
