IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 2026-072 RESOLUTION TO APPROVE PARCEL MAP 11502, A SIX-UNIT, NON-RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION AT 14760 WICKS BOULEVARD, ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 077B-0851-038-02; OWNER AND SUBDIVIDER: SVI WICKS, LLC; APPLICANT: KIER + WRIGHT CIVIL ENGINEERS AND SURVEYORS, INC. WHEREAS, the subdivider, SVI Wicks, LLC, has submitted Parcel Map 11502 to the City Council for approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for the subdivision’s design and improvement, are consistent with the City’s 2035 General Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer attests that said parcel map complies with the provisions of San Leandro Municipal Code §7-1-210 et seq. and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act; and WHEREAS, the City’s consulting Land Surveyor attests that said parcel map is technically correct pursuant to California Government Code §66450(b); and WHEREAS, the City Planner’s Report for Parcel Map 11502 is incorporated herein. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: 1. That said Parcel Map 11502 is categorically exempt from the environmental review requirements of CEQA according to §15315 “Minor Land Divisions” (Class 15) of the CEQA Guidelines; and 2. That said Parcel Map 11502 is hereby approved, subject to the City Engineer’s Report as well as the City Planner’s Report, attached hereto as Exhibit A and Exhibit B and made a part hereof. 3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to execute the City Clerk’s Statement on Parcel Map 11502 and the Subdivider shall deliver the executed map to the Alameda County Recorder for recordation. Introduced by Councilmember Victor Aguilar and passed and adopted this 8th day of June 2026 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmember J. Aguilar, V. Aguilar, Boldt, Bowen, Simon, Viveros-Walton, and (7) Mayor González NOES: None (1) ABSENT: None (1)
