IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-074 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS <br />REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT FORD ECONOLINE 350 WITH AN ALUMINUM LIFTGATE <br />FOR THE PARKS DIVISION OF THE RECREATION AND PARKS DEPARTMENT FOR A TOTAL COST OF <br />$108,762 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a quote for a purchase of a Econoline 350 from The Ford Store San Leandro has been <br />presented to this City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the purchase of said vehicle. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That the purchase of the vehicle listed on the quote from The Ford Store San Leandro in the <br />amount of $108,762 is approved and purchase of the equipment by the City Manager is authorized; and <br /> <br />That the City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute all documents and take all actions <br />necessary to effect the intent and purpose of this Resolution. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Victor Aguilar and passed and adopted this 8th day of June 2026 by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmember J.
