CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br /> <br />Ernie Low, former Library-Historical Commissioner, led the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br /> <br />B. Roll Call <br /> <br />PRESENT: Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Mayor Young <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />2. PRESENTATIONSIRECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />A. Recognition of the Employee of the Month for the Month of January 2005, <br />Balraj Hehar, Plant Maintenance Mechanic, Public Works. <br /> <br />Balraj Hehar was present to receive his award. <br /> <br />B. Proclamation Declaring January 2005 as "Volunteer Blood Donor Month" in San <br />Leandro. <br /> <br />Mayor Young presented the Proclamation to Beth Wren of the American Red Cross. <br /> <br />C. Resolution Commending Ellen M. Corbett for Her Many Years of Dedicated Public <br />Service. <br /> <br />Mayor Young presented the Resolution to Ellen Corbett. Councilmembers expressed <br />appreciation for Ms. Corbett's many contributions to the City. <br />
