(hereafter <br />"ACI"), originally entered into on February 1, 2000 and previously amended on March 15, 2000 (hereafter <br />"Agreement"). <br />The parties hereby agree, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is <br />hereby acknowledged, that "Holiday," as defined in Article 1 of the Agreement, shall include Labor Day. <br />Except as amended by this letter, the terms of the Agreement, as previously amended on March 15, 2000, <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Please indicate ACI's acceptance of this amendment by signing and dating a copy of this letter and <br />returning the copy to me. <br />This amendment shall be executed as of the date stated below. <br />Very truly yours, <br />J.
