<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-001 <br /> <br />(1980/2323/3076) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND BMS DESIGN GROUP RELATED TO PREPARING THE <br />DOWNTOWN SAN LEANDRO TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY <br /> <br />A Consulting Services Agreement between the City of San Leandro and BMS Design <br />Group, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Council. <br /> <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The City Manager has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br /> <br />Introduced by Councilmember Badger and passed and adopted this 3rd day of January, 2006 <br />by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Council: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young (7) <br /> <br />NOES: None (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />fit~M ~_ <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
