<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-009 <br /> <br />(2985) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION INITIALLY ACCEPTING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT WORK <br />(PUBLIC AND PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS) FOR TRACT 7413; <br />DEVELOPER: CHERRYBROOKE, L.P. <br /> <br />RECIT ALS <br /> <br />Pursuant to a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public and Private hnprovements) <br /> <br />between the City of San Leandro and Cherrybrooke, L.P., (subdivider) dated April 12, 2004, and <br /> <br />associated plans identified as Tract 7413, certain subdivision improvement work has been <br /> <br />completed. <br /> <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br /> <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br /> <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />2. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br /> <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br /> <br />3. That upon completion to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br /> <br />Director of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant to said contract, <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to release the bonds heretofore given for <br /> <br />maintenance of the work hereinbefore described. <br />
