That on or about the 23rd day of June 2005, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with GRADETECH, INC., PO BOX 1728, SAN RAMON, CA 94583, ad contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, WALNUT DRIVE PAVING, PROJECT NO. 05-210-38-264. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: Great American Insurance Company. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 6th day of March 2006. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the WALNUT DRIVE PAVING, PROJECT NO. 05-210-38-264, is that of public right-of-way in certain land designated as Walnut Drive, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
