<br />IN TH E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY or SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2()()7~002 <br /> <br />(2575) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONrlRMING ACCOUNTIING REPORT FOR <br />DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS (DFSl) AND <br />PARK DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR fISCAL YEAR 2005-2006 <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />Following availability of the docurnentation used in preparing the annual accounting report <br />(AG 16(0) on develorllllent ICes for street improvements (DFSI) and park development ICes pursuant <br />to Section M006 oCthe Govemment Code, this Council has reviewed and considered the data <br />contained in the Accounting Reports, attached hereto and by this reference inCOl110rated herein. <br /> <br />Now, TI IEREFORE, pursuant to Section 66006 oCthe Govemment Code, the City Council <br />docs hereby approve and confirm the accounting records covering the collection of all development <br />Ices ((x street improvement (fWSI) and park development fees, refunds, interest eamings, other <br />income and expenditures for Fiscal Year 2005-2006 as more specifically set f()lth in the Accounting <br />Reports. <br /> <br />Introduced by COllncilmernber Grant and passed and adopted this 161h day of January, 2007, <br />by the ji::Jllowing called vote: <br /> <br />Mcrnbers of the Council: <br /> <br />A YES: Councilnlernbers Grant, Gregory, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Mayor Santos (6) <br /> <br />NOES: Nonc (0) <br /> <br />ABSENT: Nonc (0) <br /> <br />ATTI~ST: <br /> <br />~~ cjJCvk~ <br /> <br />~- ^"" <br /> <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
