<br />TN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY or SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 200Cl-004 <br /> <br />(30(j5) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUI3DIVISION MAP AND SUBDIVISION <br />IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR TRACT 7631 ON A VACANT PARCEL LOCATED <br />AT 1103 DAVIS STREET; DEVELOPER: 11 03 DAVIS STREET, LLC <br /> <br />FIN DING <br /> <br />Subject to the ltmlings contained in the City Engineer's Report fl.Jr the Final Map [or <br /> <br />Traet 7631, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incoqJoratecl herein by reference, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City oC San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions for its <br /> <br />design and illlpl"Ovement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract 7631 <br /> <br />City of San Leandro, Alameda County, CalillJrnia." <br /> <br />The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report IlJr the rinal Map for Tract 7631, <br /> <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by referencc, has cCliified that said final <br /> <br />Map confonns to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically correct; <br /> <br />and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title Vl1, Chapter 1 of the San <br /> <br />Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions oCthe Subdivision Map Act. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREfORE, the City Council ol"the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br /> <br />Collows: <br /> <br />A. That the City Manager of the City oCSan Leandro is hereby authorized to execute <br /> <br />a Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Tract 7631 on behalfofthe City. <br />
