The land use restrictive covenant placed on the Property shall run with the Property and thus impose restrictions on all future owners and tenants unless a Notice of Release is executed and recorded by the City of San Leandro. AGREEMENT FOR ACCESSORY BUILDING NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, the owner of record agrees that the detached buildings are approved as Accessory Buildings and are prohibited from being used in any other rnanner except as permitted by the Zoning Code of the City or San Leandro. Further use of the accessory buildings as a Secondary Residential Unit or as habitable space is prohibited unless approved by the City of San Leandro.
