On December 18, 2006, the construction contract was awarded to JMB <br />Construction, Inc. <br /> <br />Analysis <br /> <br />Kennedy/J enks Consultants was selected for construction support services based on being the <br />engineer of record on the current design and its previous knowledge and expertise concerning the <br />Water Pollution Control Plant and in constructing facilities of this type. <br /> <br />Kennedy/Jenks Consultants scope of work during construction will involve responding to <br />requests for information (RFI's), reviewing submittals, conducting periodic site visits, providing <br />start-up engineering support, conducting geotechnical site observations and preparing record <br />drawings. <br /> <br />Current City Council Policy <br /> <br />Not Applicable <br />
