Review of Marina Shoreline Area Draft 2007 Timeline/Schedule <br /> <br />Assistant City Manager Hollister reviewed the draft 2007 timeline. <br /> <br />The Committee expressed interest in having a Town Hall meeting in September at the Marina <br />Community Center and agreed to make themselves available to Home Owner Associations <br />and other local meetings to discuss the harbor and Marina Shoreline development. <br /> <br />2. Review of ESA's Proposed Scope of Work for San Leandro Marina Area Environmental <br />and Regulatory Constraints/Opportunities Assessment <br /> <br />Planning Manager Pollart explained that the Environmental and Regulatory Constraints/ <br />Opportunities Assessment will serve as a baseline for future documentation and provide <br />necessary information for a Master Developer to determine what type of development is <br />possible and where. She then reviewed the tasks included in the assessment. Staff report and <br />powerpoint slides are attached. <br /> <br />Committee requested an update on the Bay Planning Coalition conference scheduled for April <br />12,2007. <br />
