PRESENT ATIONS/RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />A. Recognition of the Employee of the Quarter, Jim Brazil, Tree Trimmer I, Public Works <br />Department. <br /> <br />Jim Brazil was present to receive his award. <br /> <br />B. Proclamation Declaring April 2007 as Fair Housing Month in San Leandro. <br /> <br />Latricia Airo from ECHO Housing accepted the Fair Housing Month proclamation. <br /> <br />C. Proclamation Declaring April 9-15, 2007 as Community Development Block Grant <br />Week in San Leandro. <br /> <br />Elaine de Coligny from Building Futures with Women and Children accepted the <br />proclamation for Community Development Block Grant Week. <br />
