Proclamation Declaring the Week of January 31 through February 7, 2000, "Voter <br />Registration Week" in California. <br /> <br />Maria Aguilar, Outreach Coordinator for the Alameda County Registrar of Voter's <br />Office, arrived late and received the Proclamation from the Mayor after the City <br />Council Meeting. <br /> <br />3. PUBLIC HEARINGS - CITY COUNCn.. ONLY <br /> <br />Public Hearing Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. When you address the <br />City Council, you should fill out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk so the <br />order of speakers may be determined and an official record of names and addresses <br />obtained. <br /> <br />A. Matter of Proposed Changes to the Development Fee for Street Improvements <br />Ordinance (DFSI). <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Title VII, Chapter 11, of the San Leandro Municipal <br />Code Relating to the Development Fee for Street Improvements (provides for <br />a definition of "Safety Projects" and eliminates the DFSI credit to any land that <br />is vacant). <br />-- Pass to Print <br />
