Commendation to Stepping Stones on Its 25 Years of Service to the East Bay. <br /> <br />Marge Watson, Director of Development, accepted the Commendation on behalf <br />of Stepping Stones. <br /> <br />B. The Mayor indicated she had made the following presentations during the months <br />of July and August: <br /> <br />. Letter of Congratulations to Noli Valera, Chair, upon her election as an officer <br />of the 2000-2001 Youth Advisory Commission. <br /> <br />. Letter of Congratulations to Heather Guidry, Vice-Chair, upon her election as <br />an officer of the 2000-2001 Youth Advisory Commission. <br /> <br />. Letter of Congratulations to Ms. Sylvia Deaton upon being named Parent <br />Volunteer of the Year for the San Leandro Unified School District. <br />
