<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2007-009 <br /> <br />(1024/1 099) <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br />AS TO REZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br />PLN2006-00104 <br />311-335 MacArthur Boulevard <br />Assessor's Parcel Nos. 76-311-1-1, 76-311-1-3, 76-311-3, 76-311-4, AND 76-311-5 <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br /> <br />compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br /> <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br /> <br />below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 1: That property described as 311-335 MacArthur Bouelvard; Assessor's Parcel <br /> <br />Numbers 76-311-1-1,76-311-1-3,76-311-3,76-311-4, and 76-311-5 are hereby reclassified from <br /> <br />CC Commercial Community District to CC(PD) Commercial Community, Planned Development <br /> <br />Overlay District and from RS Residential Single-Family District to RS(PD) Residential Single- <br /> <br />Family, Planned Development Overlay District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br /> <br />Sheet A3, filed in the office ofthe City Clerk on May 7,2007. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br /> <br />be published once prior to adoption. <br />
