<br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007~007 RDA <br /> <br />(2949) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />NEIGHBORHOOD SOLUTIONS TO ADMINISTER THE <br />OWNER OCCUPIED HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />Recitals <br /> <br />An agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and <br />Neighborhood Solutions, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br /> <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br /> <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br /> <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and the Executive Director is hereby authorized to <br />execute said agreement for the Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside Fund amount of $144,000 <br />related to'the administration of the Housing Rehabilitation Program by Neighborhood Solutions. <br /> <br />Introduced by Agency Member Starosciak and passed and adopted this 2nd day of July, 2007 <br />by the following called vote: <br /> <br />Members of the Agency: <br /> <br />AYES: Members Grant, Gregory, Proia, Souza, Starosciak; Chair Santos <br /> <br />(6) <br />(0) <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: Member Stephens <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~A/L ctloAAJJ~ <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
