IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2005-002 (1024/1099) <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING CODE <br />ARTICLE 6, SECTION 2-678 RELATING TO THE <br />MINIMI.JIvI LOT SIZE IN THE <br />GRM COMMERCIAL REGIONAL MALL ZONING DISTRICT <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section L Article 6, Section 2-678 of the San Leandro Zoning Code is amended to add <br />the following text: <br />In the C-RM District, the Community Development Director may administratively <br />approve an exception to the minimum lot size to allow for lots less than the minimum <br />size required by this Section if adequate shared ingress, egress and access to parking <br />facilities can be provided to accommodate each proposed new lot. <br />Section 2.
