IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2005-006 (1009/1024/1099) <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES HEREIN DESCRIBED <br />AS TO REZONING DISTRICTS AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br />PLN2004-00101 <br />14953, 14969, 14981-14985 WASHINGTON AVENUE <br />(ADJACENT TO THE INTERSTATE 880 FREEWAY AND <br />OPPOSITE SPRINGLAKE DRIVE) <br />ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NOS. 77B-1120-1-1, 77B-1120-4, 77B-1120-5, AND 77B-1120-6 <br />Recitals <br />The City Cotuicil of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br />compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br />below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br />follows: <br />Section L That properties described as 14953, 14969, 14981-14985 Washington Avenue; <br />Assessor's Parcel Numbers 77B-1120-1-1, 77B-1120-4, 77B-1120-5, and 778-1120-6 are hereby <br />reclassified from RS Residential Single Family District and CC Community Commercial District <br />to Rh~3(~(~0(PIJ) Residential Multi-Family, Planned Development Overlay District. <br />,Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shovv~~ on <br />Sheet B3, frled in the off ce of the City Clerk on May 31, 2005. <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br />he published once prior to adoption. <br />
