IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2005-010 (1009/1024/1099) <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN LAND USE MAP <br />FROM COMMERCIAL OFFICE DESIGNATION TO <br />MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DESIGNATION <br />FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY KNOWN AS 1103 DAMS STREET <br />(FRONTING DAMS STREET, PACIFIC AVENUE, AND ~VAYNE AVENUE); <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 75-120-61-~ <br />Recitals <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and <br />properly held in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that <br />the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require amending the General Plan Land Use <br />Map from Conunercial Office designation to Medium Density Residential designation for the <br />subject property lrnown as 1103 Davis Street; Alameda County Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75- <br />1 ?0-61-4. <br />WHEREAS, the amendment to the General Plan Land Use Map Figure 3-2 within the <br />City's General Plan, specific to the properties referenced above, are shown herewith in this <br />Ordinance, has been reviewed by the City Council, and they are familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br />follows: <br />Section 1: That the property referenced within this Ordinance, as described in the General <br />Plan is hereby amended to include Medium Density Residential Development, which is intended <br />for attached housing types such as townhouses as a potential use. <br />
