IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2005-011 (1009/1024/1099) <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br />AS TO REZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br />PLN2005-00049 <br />1103 Davis Street, (Fronting Davis Street, Pacific Avenue and Wayne Avenue) <br />Assessor's Parcel No. 75-120-61-4 <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br />compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br />below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br />follows: <br />Section l: That property described as 1103 Davis Street; Assessor's Parcel Number 75- <br />120-61-4 is hereby reclassified from P Professional District to RM2500(PD) Residential Multi- <br />Family, Planned Development Overlay District. <br />Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown oil <br />Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on July 7, 2005. <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br />be puhhshed once prioz~ ~o adoptione <br />
