IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2005-013 (1022) <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6-2 OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIl'AL CODE <br />RELATING TO THE RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT PROGRAM <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1. Subsection 6-2-360 of Article 3, Chapter 2 of Title 6 of the San Leandro <br />Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows: <br />"REVOCATION OF RESIDENTIAL PARKING PERMIT AREA. <br />A Residential Parking Area may be revoked by resolution of the City Council after <br />following the same procedures for establishing a Residential Parking Permit Area as set <br />forth in Chapter 2-320 of this Article. <br />If sixty (60) percent of the households in a Residential Parking Area fail to purchase <br />permits after being duly noticed, the City Manager may revoke the Residential Parking <br />Area upon notice to the residents without further action of the City Council." <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption.
