IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ORDINANCE N0.2004-005 (1009/1024/1099) AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP (PLN2003-00093) NORTHWEST CORNER OF DAMS STREET AND DOUGLAS DRIVE ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 77A-0661-021-01 AND -OZ Recitals The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: Section l: That property described as 1300/1370 Davis Street (northwest corner of Dads Street and Douglas Drive); Assessor's Parcel Numbers 77A-0661-021-01 AND -02 is hereby reclassified from the CN Commercial Neighborhood District to RS (PD) Residential Single- Fanuly District, Planned Development Overlay District. Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on Attachment A -Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 15, 2004. Section 3: The City of San Leandro General Plan Land Use Map is hereby amended as shown on Attachment B, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 15, 2004. Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall be published once prior to adoption.
