IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2004-005 (1009/1024/1099) <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br />AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br />(PLN2003-00093) <br />NORTHWEST CORNER OF DAMS STREET AND DOUGLAS DRIVE <br />ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 77A-0661-021-01 AND -OZ <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br />compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br />below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br />follows: <br />Section l: That property described as 1300/1370 Davis Street (northwest corner of Dads <br />Street and Douglas Drive); Assessor's Parcel Numbers 77A-0661-021-01 AND -02 is hereby <br />reclassified from the CN Commercial Neighborhood District to RS (PD) Residential Single- <br />Fanuly District, Planned Development Overlay District. <br />Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br />Attachment A -Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 15, 2004. <br />Section 3: The City of San Leandro General Plan Land Use Map is hereby amended as <br />shown on Attachment B, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 15, 2004. <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br />be published once prior to adoption. <br />
