IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2004-006 (1009/1024/1099) <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES HEREIN DESCRIBED FROM <br />COMIVI[_)NITY COMMERCIAL AND PROFESSIONAL OFFICE TO EITHER SOUTH AREA- <br />1, SOUTH AREA-2 OR SOUTH AREA-3, AND FROM COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL TO <br />DOWNTOWN COMMERCIAL OR PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC, AND AMENDING CITY OF <br />SAN LEANDRO ZONING QUANDRANT MAPS A-2, A-3, B-2 AND B-3 <br />RECITALS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br />compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described in <br />Attachment A to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br />follows: <br />Section 1: That properties illustrated in Attachment A will be rezoned to either South Area- <br />1, South Area-2 or South Area-3, or Downtown Commerical or Public/Semi-Public and that all <br />existing Planned Development designations will remain in effect. <br />Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br />Sheets A-2, A-3 B-1 and B-2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on December 15, 2003. <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br />be published once prior to adoption. <br />
